Why engineers write better training scripts
Our founder spent more than ten years in medical device engineering and program management, including Class III programs, and is a licensed Professional Engineer. That means we read an IFU the way your design team wrote it: as requirements. Steps stay in their labeled order, cautions appear at the moment of use, and nothing on screen implies a claim the labeling doesn't support.
How a module runs
- 30-minute brief and your approved source material
- Script and storyboard with every claim mapped to its source, about 2 days
- Complete first cut, about 5 days in
- Your medical, legal and regulatory review, two rounds included
- Final masters, captions and LMS-ready files

FAQ
How long should a medical device training video be?
Most single-task modules work best at 3 to 8 minutes. Longer procedures are easier to learn, and cheaper to update, when split into several modules.
Can you make a series of training modules?
Yes. A series usually fits the $6,000 monthly retainer, which covers up to four Training or Celebration videos a month.
Will the training video match our labeling?
Every on-screen step, warning and claim is written from your approved labeling, and the script shows the source for each line so your reviewers can check it quickly. Your team keeps final approval.
