Who we are
MedTech Reel is a trade name of Thump LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. This notice explains what happens to the information you send us through this website.
What we collect
When you submit the project inquiry form, we receive the details you enter: your name, work email, company, and, if you choose to provide them, your role, phone number, video type, timeline, budget range, languages, the state of your source material, how you heard about us and your message. We also record the date and time of the request.
Please do not send patient information, protected health information or confidential product details through the form. We do not accept them through this website.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and prepare a proposal or quote.
- To keep a record of inquiries and follow up on your project.
- To understand which channels bring us inquiries, using the optional "how did you hear about us" answer.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.
Where it is stored
The website is hosted by Vercel. Form submissions pass through the website's server and are stored in our Google Workspace account (Google Sheets and Gmail). These providers process the data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your browser's IP address when the page loads.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records for as long as we need them to respond and to manage any resulting project, and for no more than three years after our last contact unless a longer period is required for contract, tax or legal reasons.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you sent us. Email contact@medtechreel.com or call (307) 393-2333, and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
