Booth videos for MD&M West and MD&M East 2027
A booth loop for MD&M has to be finished well before the show opens: your booth vendor needs final files, and your reviewers need time to approve them. Here is when to start for each 2027 show, and what to send us.
The 2027 dates to plan around
- MD&M West: February 9 to 11, 2027, in Anaheim, California.
- MD&M East: May 19 to 20, 2027, in New York.
Check your exhibitor manual for your booth vendor's file deadline. The timelines below assume final files are due two weeks before the show.
Work backward from the show
We plan booth loops in three two-week blocks: script and first cut, your review rounds, then margin for the booth vendor's file deadline.
MD&M West (February 9, 2027)
- By December 29, 2026: send approved labeling, footage or CAD, and your booth vendor's screen specs.
- By January 12, 2027: first cut, built from your approved claims.
- By January 26, 2027: review rounds done and final files delivered.
The December start falls over the holidays, so the easy fix is to lock scope and budget in mid-December, before reviewers go out.
MD&M East (May 19, 2027)
- By April 7, 2027: send approved labeling, footage or CAD, and your booth vendor's screen specs.
- By April 21, 2027: first cut, built from your approved claims.
- By May 5, 2027: review rounds done and final files delivered.
What to send on day one
- Your approved labeling and claims (IFU, claims matrix or approved marketing copy).
- Footage, product photos or CAD you already have. Existing material is the fastest path.
- Your booth vendor's specs: monitor, portrait totem or video wall, with resolution and aspect ratio.
- One decision maker for the script, and who signs off in medical, legal and regulatory review.
Built for the show floor
Every loop is designed for sound off, with text sized to read from three to six meters away, one idea per shot, and an edit that makes sense from any starting point. See trade show booth videos for how we build them.
Showing a device that isn't cleared yet?
A 510(k)-pending device can be displayed, but you can't take orders for it, and an investigational device can't be promoted at all. Our guide covers what a booth loop can show in each case, with a script checklist: booth videos for 510(k)-pending and investigational devices.

FAQ
When should we start a booth video for MD&M West 2027?
About six weeks before the show, which means by December 29, 2026 for MD&M West (February 9 to 11, 2027). Because that falls over the holidays, lock scope and send materials by mid-December.
When should we start a booth video for MD&M East 2027?
By April 7, 2027 for MD&M East (May 19 to 20, 2027 in New York). That leaves two weeks for script and first cut, two for review, and two for your booth vendor's file deadline.
What if we're already behind?
Tell us your vendor's file deadline. A loop built from footage or CAD you already have can still work on a shorter timeline if one person owns the script and your reviewers can turn a round in a few days.
Can we use the same loop at both shows?
Usually, yes. If your claims, labeling or regulatory status change between February and May, we update the affected shots and send the revised version back through review.
Can we see the loop before committing?
Yes. A $500 preview gets you up to 60 seconds of your own loop, screened live on Zoom or Teams. The $500 is credited in full if you go ahead.
